Role Description:

As a Property Listing Administrator you will oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of property listings on our property portals. This role involves working closely with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure listings are accurate, appealing, and updated in a timely manner. You will be required to have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Listing Management: Create, update, and manage property listings on the portals, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Data Entry and Quality Control:Enter property data into the system and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  3. Customer Support: Provide support to property owners and sales agents, assisting them with listing creation, modifications, and troubleshooting issues.
  4. Content Creation: Write and edit property descriptions, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly.
  5. Photo and Media Management: Upload and manage photos, videos, and virtual tours for each listing, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  6. Coordination:Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and with the IT team to resolve technical issues related to listings.
  7. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on listing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  8. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor listings to ensure our portal remains competitive and relevant.
  9. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards related to holiday home rentals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and industry trends to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to best practices.
  10. Coordinating with Sales Agents: Coordinating with Sales Agents and Business Development Executive for preparation of contracts and tenancy agreements.

Qualifications:

  1. Min 2 years experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role is highly desirable.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in using real estate listing platforms, content management systems, and basic photo editing software.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple listings and tasks simultaneously.
  6. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  7. A friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
