Role Description:

As a Business Development Executive you are required to have a passion for marketing and sales, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients. Your role is critical in driving the growth and success of our agency by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.

2.Lead Generation and Outreach:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calling, emailing, networking, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.

3.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate marketing solutions.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch agency services to potential clients.

4.Sales and Negotiation:

  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

5.Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored marketing strategies for clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape the agency’s service offerings and strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and ensure client satisfaction.

6.Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure all client information is up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within a marketing agency or related industry.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  6. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  8. Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
